JVCKENWOOD inspires visitors at ITEM booth

Great interest in new solutions

What was already foreshadowed at the last trade fairs found its continuation at the International Medical Imaging Exhibition (ITEM) of the Japanese Radiological Society in Yokohama: radiologists are back and want to discuss solutions live on site again. "We have already counted almost as many visitors as before the pandemic and are not only therefore very satisfied with our appearance at ITEM," said Mamiko Katagiri, Manager, EMEA and Americas Sales & Marketing Department at JVCKENWOOD. "We were able to welcome many customers and interested parties to our booth and present our entire range of medical image monitors to them. Our new CL-S301 3-megapixel color monitor was particularly in demand."

Everything for the home office

The CL-S301 is a 21.3-inch color LCD monitor with a resolution of three megapixels. The display allows video transmission and power supply via a single Type-C cable. This makes it easy to connect to laptops and mobile devices. "By supporting two input systems, a single monitor can switch between and display two types of PC terminals, helping to noticeably reduce equipment costs," notes Katagiri. The CL-S301 provides users with advanced features to support reporting, such as brightness and contrast adjustments, which have been proven in other i3 Series models.

All images found on one monitor

With the CL-R813, JVCKENWOOD offers radiologists the ideal color monitor for reporting images from all modalities, such as DR, CT, MR and pathology. In addition, the device enables the free arrangement of various application windows such as viewer, findings and results from AI algorithms on a single screen. The 32-inch TFT LCD display impresses with a maximum brightness of 500cd/m² and a contrast ratio of 1000:1. "The entry-level device reduces eye strain due to its high resolution and offers a comfortable reporting environment for diagnostic imaging. With a sophisticated sensor system, very stable brightness and high color accuracy are ensured at the same time," Katagiri cites key advantages of the monitor.

Best quality assured

Quality assurance for all monitors is provided by the proven QA Medivisor Agent. The intuitive and thus easy-to-use user interface enables effective management of daily operations in radiology.

PM Medivisor Cloud allows all work to be performed remotely, i.e. from a distance. This enables easy and time-saving management of large installations and home offices. "Compared to traditional QA solutions, our system works continuously. So any problem is detected immediately. QA does not have to wait until the next inspection or the next problem reported by the user," explains Mamiko Katagiri.

Being able to schedule and perform tasks or calibrations remotely is especially helpful. Calibrations are automatically scheduled and performed remotely, without unnecessary waiting. In addition, reporting is also improved. The server generates and saves all documents automatically, thus enabling virtually paperless reporting on display quality.
